The Father says today, that captivity is not your portion. The chains of transgression that have stalked you and held you bound are losing their hold on you and freedom is coming that you haven’t experienced in a very long time. Rest in that promise. Trust that I am working on your behalf. Refuse to despair or walk in hopelessness. There is a future for you and there is an outlook of life that is not bleak or featureless without joy. I know you stung from the blow that life dealt you. I was right there sustaining you and keeping you even when you couldn’t find Me or sense My presence. I not only heard what you did say that you regretted but I heard the many things you did not say because you were resolute in your trust in Me even though things were so hard and so difficult.
Let your mouth pray, says God. Prayers are the respiration of your spirit. As lungs supply oxygen to the body so prayers breathe in of My grace to your spirit and cause you to be lightened and strengthened even when emotionally and mentally you are without strength. I am listening. I am responding to the cry of your heart. I have not allowed what you are going through because of some perceived failure on your part – even though others might suggest that is the case. Regardless of what things seem like I have wrapped you up in My goodness and I am sheltering you in My embrace. Others may have perished under similar circumstances but be confident that I have spared you and I am sparing you from destruction. This is a season of recovery, restitution, and rest – this is your time to experience the endearment with which I love you with My everlasting love.

It is time to speak and decree what you want to happen. It is a progression, you are growing from faith to faith and from glory to glory. So you can say boldly, I walk by faith and not by sight.
