The Father says today, forget the past. Forgive, release, bless, and move on. You cannot alter the things that have happened, and it is futile to live on regret. I find no pleasure in seeing you mourn, lament, and recriminate yourself because you didn’t do things differently. Turn away and move on. Sorrow over past failure does not equate to repentance. You are forgiven. Go and sin no more, for I do not receive glory from your self-flagellation or constantly blaming yourself, even if you are in the wrong. Forgive yourself, for I have forgiven you. Allow the remnants of past events to fade. Cease to enshrine “what was” within the confines of “what could have been.” I am a “now” God. I am the God of the present moment, and it is within this present moment that you will discover solace and healing from past wounds and failures.

Allow Me this day to pour the healing balm of My Spirit into those wounds, those inner wounds that have festered and damaged you for so long. Stop tormenting yourself over the indignities of unfortunate circumstances and even those matters known only to you. Love covers. I have no intention of publicly displaying your sins to mock or ridicule you. Accept the purification and cleansing offered at Calvary. Forsake and keep on forsaking the behaviors and failures that brought about your humiliation. The blood of the cross possesses the power to cleanse you effectively even today, if you will allow it. Though others will continue to look at you through the lens of past events, know that My invitation to you this day is to move forward in grace, cleansing and transformation for My season of recovery, blessing and purity await even this day, so step out from among the tombs of regret and rejoice in My heart of mercy and clemency toward you today.

I Just Praise God for the Faithfulness of the Word of the Lord, so often exactly correct. But in taking on a new business that seems often to work out very Well, Praise God, I believe because of giving and contunueing in the Word of God and His Promises. But though I’m continually relying on the Lord’s direction and guidance, I still make mistakes that I sometimes just can’t get past. Because when I miss a beat, and it costs me. Everything’s is going fine, but I’m very needful of that place of consistency.
