You Belong in His Presence

Held Securely in His Hands

Have you ever felt lost, adrift in a sea of uncertainty? Like the ground beneath you is unsteady, and you’re unsure of where to turn next? In these moments, it’s easy to forget the unwavering truth of God’s love and His steadfast commitment to us. He reminds us, “Forever I AM yours and forever you are Mine.”

This isn’t a fleeting promise, but an eternal vow. He sought us when we were lost, rescued us from the clutches of darkness, and holds us securely in the palm of His hand. We were created with a purpose, designed to bring Him pleasure, and He won’t let us go astray.

Think of a shepherd diligently watching over his flock. That’s how God guides us with His loving eye. And if we wander off course, He patiently seeks us out, bringing us back to the safety of His presence. We are never banished, never cast out, but always welcomed with open arms.

His faithfulness is a constant. When we come to Him, seeking refuge and solace, He receives us without hesitation. He fills us with His Spirit, pouring His love and grace into our weary souls. Like a soothing balm, He heals our wounds and restores our strength.

We belong in His presence. No special invitation is needed, no prerequisites required. We are His children, redeemed by His precious blood, purchased by His sacrifice on the cross. He has raised us from the emptiness of dead works to a life of purpose in His service. All because we believed, we came to Him with childlike faith, and trusted Him as our Savior and Lord.

So let us rest in this beautiful truth: we are eternally His, and He is eternally ours. He will never let us go.
