The Father Says Today: August 27th, 2020

The Father says today I am your rock and your high tower. I am keeping you safe in the secret place that the enemy can’t even find you. Because I am on the inside of you, failure is not an option. Stay in the place of always trusting, always resting, and always responding to those around you with the love response. Love is who I am, not just what I do. When you choose to love you, bring Me on the scene, and your rescue will be forthcoming. There are times that you feel as though your doors are unlocked, and the enemy is breaking in. Keep your trust in Me. I am your security system. Respond to every threat not by hitting the panic button but by quietness and rest.

There is a rest that remains to My people, says the Lord, and that is where I am calling you. You’ve wondered where I am and what I am doing in your situation, and I say to you, get quiet and listen. I am in the bow of your boat in the midst of the storm. Call upon Me, and before the words escape your lips deliverance will be made manifest. Don’t look at yourself through man’s eyes for they will never qualify you for breakthrough or answered prayer. Job’s comforters never do anything but find fault and compliment themselves on how spiritual they are. See yourself through My eyes. See yourself through the filter of the work of the Cross. I am your perfecter and your teacher. I am your provider, and your defender and your righteousness is of Me and not your own works or efforts. Settle in next to Me and feel My arms holding you secure. I am here. I am working. There is nothing to fear.

Amen!! We have all we will ever need in Christ. We truly have a good good Father who will never leave us or forsake us. He causes us to triumph in the midst of every storm because we belong to Him. He loves us with an everlasting and pure love.
