GIVING TO THE POOR and GIVING INTO THE ANOINTING: Question: “Must I give financially when I am poor…”
Answer: Money moves by the Spirit – you should 1.) liquidate any personal property and give to the poor – specifically the undeserving. 2.) you should find an anointing producing more fruit than yours and give a sacrificial (SACRIFICIAL) gift as the woman with the two mites who gave into the treasury that Jesus was looking into.
What you make happen for others God will make happen for you. Your response time to God is a measurement of His response time to you – (and this is NOT the point where I ask you for your credit card ….)
Things are financially the way they are because of what you are doing financially. If you want something different you must do something different. This is not the 10% solution of the Pharisees. This is sell all – give all – move into the place where the plowman overtakes the reaper and your gifts given produce a harvest before they hit the ground. It is not for the faint of heart or for those with a small minded, religious spirit where money is concerned. Change is possible but you must move in the Spirit before you will see your finances move BY the Spirit.
