Zechariah
At times, we feel limited by our nature and life’s experiences when dealing with our challenges. The prophet Zecheriah spoke to this with a declaration that it isn’t men’s might or men’s power that brings change – but total trust and reliance on the Lord Almighty:
[Zec 4:6 KJV] 6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This [is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
I speak this word over you today that your promise and its fulfillment by the hand of God is not by might, nor by power but by God’s Spirit. This is the same spirit that is so replete in you and through you and working on your behalf. Your past does not dictate your future, and your present is no commentary on what happens next. Life can be better, and no difficulty lasts forever. Keep trusting – your dawn is about to break!
