Clarity of Vision & Future Direction

Pray for divine discernment for our leadership and board as decisions are made for the road ahead. Stand with us for fruitfulness in upcoming initiatives—such as live broadcasts with our team, expanded video teachings, guest prophetic words, and potential pathways for mentoring. Pray also for Russ as he serves and ministers within his local faith community, that Christ would be glorified through his gifts.

Protection Against Distraction

Ask the Lord to guard our focus from the “tyranny of the urgent.” Pray that daily friction and administrative demands do not crowd out core Kingdom priorities, keeping our hearts steady on what matters most.

Divine Health, Healing & Vitality

We ask you to lift up Russ as he navigates nerve-related mobility issues, fatigue, blood pressure, and diabetes management, believing for complete strength and energy. Please also lift up our ministry team and other staff members, asking the Father for physical renewal, stamina, and sound health.

Pastoral Care & Counseling Anointing

We give thanks for Kris stepping up to care for pastoral calls and for Roy assisting with prophetic counseling. Pray for fresh insight, spiritual stamina, and a heavy anointing upon them as they minister to those reaching out in need of hope and counsel.

Excellence & Precision in Publishing

Pray for mental clarity, sharp discernment, and wisdom in stewarding digital platforms and emerging tools to produce high-impact teachings, articles, and media—maintaining uncompromised spiritual integrity in every word sent out.

Wider Kingdom Reach & Discipleship

Pray that our podcasts, videos, emails, and articles reach hungry hearts prepared by the Spirit. Pray for genuine fruitfulness, open doors of influence, and committed disciples who will run with this vision.

08   Provision

Financial Provision & Operational Strength

We are immensely grateful for the faithful core of partners who support FHM every month. Please join us in believing for our long-term goal of 500 committed monthly partners. Due to tightening cash flow over recent weeks, Russ has personally foregone his salary for the past six weeks in order to ensure our four staff members are fully paid without interruption—standing on the Scripture that “children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children.” Pray for an increase in monthly and one-time support so all staff commitments, operational costs, and ministry reserves are completely met and restored.
