Father’s Heart Ministry Presents
Daily Intercessor's Update: October 30th, 2026

DAILY INTERCESSOR'S UPDATE
Today we stand for the household, the nation, the family, the church, and the nations.
1 Timothy 2:1-2 says, “I urge then first of all that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority— that we may lead quiet and peaceful lives in all godliness and holiness.” May these words settle our hearts as we lift our voices together.
“Prayer is not a way of making God do our will, but a way of making us do His.”
— A. W. Tozer
01 · The household
Anxiety over rising costs and job uncertainty.
Many families are reporting that grocery prices have climbed sharply this month, and several employers are announcing reduced hours as the economy tightens. The weight of these pressures is felt at every kitchen table.
Pray
Father, provide steady provision, calm the fear that grips these homes, and open doors for honest work.
We decree
In the name of Jesus, I declare that every household will experience God’s faithful supply and peace that surpasses circumstance.
02 · The nation
The coming November 3 midterm elections.
As voters prepare to cast their ballots, reports indicate long lines at polling places in several counties and concerns about the security of voting equipment. The integrity of the process is essential for the nation’s witness.
Pray
Lord, guard the election process, protect poll workers, and grant wisdom to all who oversee the vote.
We decree
In Jesus' name, I decree that the election will be conducted with honesty, and that those elected will lead with integrity and reverence for God.
03 · The family
Parents seeking wisdom to raise children in a shifting culture.
Churches across the country are sharing stories of parents struggling to speak truth to their teens amid pervasive media messages that conflict with biblical values. The desire for godly guidance is palpable.
Pray
Father, grant parents discernment, patience, and the Holy Spirit’s power to raise their children in the fear of the Lord.
We decree
In the name of Jesus, I speak breakthrough in every home, that love and reverence for Christ will be the foundation of family life.
04 · The church
Protection over believers and children as the week closes.
Several congregations have reported increased hostility toward public worship and concerns for the safety of children attending Sunday school. Pastors are feeling weary from ongoing spiritual battles.
Pray
Lord, shield the churches, keep children safe, and refresh the spirits of pastors and leaders who labor faithfully.
We decree
In Jesus' name, I declare that the church will stand firm, that the Lord’s presence will surround every gathering, and that strength will be renewed for those who serve.
05 · The nations
The starving and besieged people of El Fasher and Kordofan, Sudan.
Humanitarian reports continue to describe severe food shortages and ongoing violence that trap families in El Fasher, preventing aid from reaching those in need. The suffering persists with little relief.
Pray
Father, deliver the people of El Fasher, bring an end to the fighting, and provide abundant food and medical care for the afflicted.
We decree
In the name of Jesus, I proclaim that peace will return to this region, that the church there will be strengthened, and that God’s provision will meet every hungry soul.
