When we witness dramatic diplomatic missions, expanding military engagements, and deepening crises across the earth, we do not view them with human anxiety or despair. We take our rightful place as watchmen on the spiritual wall, bringing today’s headlines before the throne of Almighty God to decree His wisdom, divine protection, and Kingdom breakthrough over our nation and the nations of the earth.
High-Stakes Peace Diplomacy
Our top story today centers on high-stakes peace diplomacy in Eastern Europe. Agence France-Presse and Russian news agencies report that United States special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner touched down in Moscow this morning carrying a comprehensive new administration peace proposal to end the conflict in Ukraine, with diplomatic plans to proceed directly to Kyiv on Sunday as both sides navigate temporary air-strike pauses around the diplomatic delegations.
