The Intercessor’s Daily Update – July 20th, 2026

Event number one reports that the military conflict has expanded dramatically into a ninth straight night as United States Central Command launched heavy airstrikes targeting Iran’s underground missile bases around the northwestern city of Tabriz. These devastating precision strikes were ordered by President Donald Trump in honor of the three American service members killed in the region, declaring that America will completely neutralize the threat.

For our prayer, we ask for absolute sovereign protection over our pilots, naval crews, and frontline forces executing these strategic operations, praying that the Lord grants them supernatural radar precision and completely blind the air defense networks of the enemy.

For our warfare declaration, we stand in Kingdom authority to bind the prince of Persia and break the back of Iran’s paramilitary structures, shattering the demonic mechanisms of retaliation and command networks trying to project terror against our forces.

Event number two details that the Iranian regime has aggressively widened its path of violence, launching heavy drone and missile salvos directly targeting America’s regional partners, triggering emergency missile alert sirens in Bahrain—home of the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet—and drawing immediate defensive anti-missile fire from Kuwaiti forces.

For our prayer, we petition that the Lord shields our strategic allies in the Gulf, cuts off every incoming aerial threat before it hits its mark, and grants supernatural vigilance to the allied commanders managing the defensive shield.

Event number three highlights a critical escalation in international shipping corridors as Yemen’s Houthi rebels officially declared a strict maritime embargo against Saudi Arabia, further choking global energy routes while a commercial vessel caught fire and was left adrift in the Strait of Hormuz after being struck by a hostile projectile.

For our prayer, we ask for absolute protection over international trade lines, shielding merchant marines and naval security forces, and praying that every deep-state or foreign strategy aimed at weaponizing energy shortages to choke the American economy is exposed and defeated.
