The Father says today, where there is lack of faith, miracles are constrained. Unbelief and scorn will stop an open heaven. Let your faith and belief create an atmosphere where miracles flow. For even in immaturity miracles will flow when there is faith mixed with love and compassion. When faith is encountered by the anointing, all are healed and rise up from their beds and mats, even as the crowds who encountered Jesus were all healed. Faith will recognize the miracle among you. Faith will see Jesus walking on the water and not think it is something to fear.
Faith will recognize the actions of God, but a hardened heart will be afraid and say, “this is not of God. This is not something I understand therefore it cannot be of God.” When the outpouring comes, will you receive it? Will you embrace what I am doing even if you do not understand it? Will you accept it although it looks different, like nothing you have ever seen before? In the midst of the outpouring of God, do not presume that something you do not understand, even something that you may fear, could not possibly be of Me. For you do not know what the next thing I might do will look like, says the Father.
