The Father says today that I have given you a jurisdiction and an authority to rule. In your jurisdiction you are authorized to act in My behalf and I will back up your words and your prayers and your declarations. You are not powerless, for though you be empty and hollow without Me, realize that you are not without Me for one split second. This day, I am strengthening your sinews and your mind, breaking the heavy bands of restriction and financial lack that have sought to hold you bound. I see the deep down longings you have held in secret, and I am aligning My power to meet your needs in relationships, spiritual growth, and the total healing of your body and mind.
