The Father Says Today – August 31st, 2026

The Father says today, do not allow your flesh to lay a trap to rob you of the future I have planned for you. The Spirit wars against the flesh, and yes, the flesh wars against the Spirit. Warfare and battle involve tactical awareness and strategic thinking. Just as there is “the mind of the Spirit,” so there is the “mind of the flesh,” and that carnal mentality that is your part of fallen nature studies you; it watches you for when you are weak, when you are tired and distracted; then the attacks come. I say these things because I don’t want you ignorant of the enemy’s devices, and his number one ally in his quest to tear you down is your own fleshly nature.
Now, Let’s Make a Faith Statement Together:

In this contest of wills, I am raising up a standard against the enemy, a veritable wall of defense and protection, but know this – make no room for the flesh. I’m militating in your defense, and angels are assigned to the battlement of protection around you to fend off every challenge the enemy brings. Your part is to think with your spirit and not with your carnality or emotions. The enemy wants you to feel sorry for yourself and to blame others for what you are going through, but there is no grace, no divine enablement released from My hand that will coexist with self-pity and unbelief. Set the pity aside, take up your cross, and follow Me – you will not be disappointed at the end of the day, says the Father.
