The Father says today, I heard you the first time. You’ve asked, and you’ve asked, and I don’t mind you asking, but I thought I would let you know I licked the stamp and sent the answer before that prayer escaped your lips. When you are in trouble, My ear is acutely tuned to your cry. Understand what I will and will not do. When you are in distress, I don’t stop and ponder whether or not I will move on your behalf – I simply act upon the occasion of your faith-filled prayer. Realize that he who touches you touches the apple; the pupil of My eye, says God. What does that mean? That means I have an autonomic response to preserve and defend you just as you act by reflex to protect your eye if someone pokes you. That isn’t what you’ve always been taught in the past but know that I’m near, and I am acting and moving to get you out of harm’s way and put you in a position of inaccessibility from the enemy where he will be unable even to touch you in any way.
Trust Me then, says the Father. Trust Me and let Me take it from here. Make a determinate choice to be careful for nothing, even under maximum pressure. When cares of life come, and problems mount up, let your response always be the thankfulness of knowing I’m here and acting in your defense. I will preserve, defend, and provide for you and that right early. Refuse to worry and refuse to give vent to the problem. Instead, release praise. Complaints? Never again. Self-pity? Make no room for it. Unbelief? You’ve come too far for that. My counsels are with you. My goodness is tracking you down. My favor is surrounding you as a shield to ward off every assault of the enemy. This is your portion by My hand this day, says God, and your righteousness is of Me.
