The Father says today that you do not need to arm yourself against the world, for you are already surrounded by My presence which serves as your high tower and your defense. Set your mind on Me, not on the shifting opinions of men or the frantic search for solutions outside of My voice. When you look for answers in the counsels of the uninformed, you only find confusion, but when you rest in the quiet assurance of My guidance, you find the straight path through the crooked valley. I am the one speaking over your shoulder, gently directing your steps, and I am making the way clear for you to walk. You are invited to choose the life that I am cultivating within you, branching out through your days as you abide in Me, rather than seeking satisfaction in the temporary pleasures or distractions that do not lead to true maturity.

As you walk this way, you will find that you are not of the mixed multitude that never enters in, but you are a sojourner with a heart set on the high places where only My wisdom is heard. I am lifting you out of the mire of carnal thinking and replacing it with My understanding, so that you do not have to fear the faces of those who oppose you. There is no shame in trusting My timing, for I am making the hidden wisdom of ages past evident to you right now, in the midst of this season of change and maturing. Keep your face set toward Me, and I will continue to reveal Myself to you, guiding you through every twist and turn with a steady hand and a loving heart.
