Remitting Sins Over Denouncing

Many believers spend their days watching the news, pointing fingers at politicians, and lamenting how dark our cities have become. The common secular cry is, “Do your job!” Yet heaven is looking at the church and saying the exact same thing: Do your job.

In Ezekiel 40–48, priests were stationed in the centers of land allotments to sprinkle sacrificial blood on behalf of their territory. The New Testament calls us kings and priests unto God. A priest is an arbitrator—one who stands between heaven and earth to intercede.

Jesus said, “Whomsoever’s sins you remit, they are remitted.” We are not commissioned to sit back and pronounce judgment upon our communities. Like Abraham negotiating over Sodom, our calling is to stand in the gap with the blood of Jesus, remitting the sins of our cities and pleading for mercy rather than wrath.

02   Going Low

The Autonomic Response of God

Psalm 19:1 declares that the heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament shows His handiwork. In the atmosphere, seven primary jet streams govern global weather systems. When a low-pressure system settles over an area, that ribbon of wind bends and empties its rain directly into the low place.

In Isaiah 11, we see the seven spirits of God, beginning with the fear of the Lord. In Scripture, Jordan means “the low place.” Humility literally means to go low.

When you humble yourself in controversy, in ministry, or in family crisis, you invoke an immediate response from heaven. Just as touching the pupil of an eye provokes an involuntary reflex, going low before God bends the wind of the Spirit to pour heaven’s resources into your dry season. Great outpourings do not come to those grasping for power; they fall when God’s people dare to go low.

03   The Mazzaroth

The Signposts and the Heavens

Genesis 1:14 tells us that the celestial lights were set in place not merely to divide day and night, but for signs and seasons. Long before Greek mythology produced the Zodiac, the Semitic Mazzaroth (referenced in Job 38:31) chronicled God’s redemptive story across the cosmos—invariably beginning with a virgin and ending with a lion.

When major celestial configurations occur—such as the great solar eclipses or rare planetary alignments where the moon (representing the church, reflecting the Sun’s light) occludes the ancient astronomical symbols of lust (Venus), war (Mars), media narratives (Mercury), and the prince of the power of the air (Regulus)—they are not harbingers of doom.

Signs along the highway don’t mean you stop the car; they tell you how close you are getting to your destination. The heavens do not declare the Antichrist; they declare the glory of God and announce that the church is moving into an hour of governmental spiritual authority.

04   The Three Feasts

The Baptism of Fire

Most renewalist believers understand the progression of the feasts:

• Passover points to the personal experience of salvation (the spirit transformed).
• Pentecost points to the baptism in the Holy Spirit (the soul and speech sanctified).

Yet many treat the third feast—the Feast of Tabernacles—as a distant historical curiosity or merely an apocalyptic event. But God does not break His own pattern.

Just as John spoke of water and the Holy Ghost, there is an experiential baptism of fire. It corresponds to the redemption of the purchased possession—when mortal puts on immortality, and the church begins to walk in bodily, manifest authority on the earth. We are not leaving this world with a defeated whimper. Like Enoch, the church is being prepared to walk with God in mature faith, accelerating the timetable of heaven.

05   Spiritual Autism

Overcoming Spiritual Autism

The Lord gave me a dream where I was being shown how to communicate intimately with autistic children, entering their world and conversing effortlessly. As I walked out, an angel looked down and asked, “Do you get it?”

The Lord spoke plainly: My people are spiritually autistic.

Too many Christians know God exists in the periphery—they sense Him distantly, like an autistic child who recognizes a caregiver in the background but struggles to look directly into their eyes. God is breaking that limitation. He is calling us past secondhand religion into a direct, face-to-face communion where every believer recognizes the voice of their Father.

Soon after, in another vision of heaven’s staging grounds, I saw rows of chairs where the angelic hosts had been gathered for instruction regarding the coming of the Lord. As the door opened, the room was empty—the chairs were still tumbling over from the speed at which the angels had deployed. The Lord simply said:

“I am coming quickly. Tell My people.”

We stand on the threshold of a Fourth Great Awakening—an outpouring of righteousness that will push back the tide of darkness and cause nations to seek the glory dwelling within the church.

Stop living in the peripheral edges of what God is doing. This week, take practical steps to step into your priestly calling:

Practice Quiet Listening: Dedicate 15 minutes each day to sit quietly with an open Bible and journal, asking the Lord: “What are You saying over my life today?” Write down what He impresses on your heart.

Stand for Your City: Rather than complaining about local or national news, walk your neighborhood or drive through your downtown, deliberately speaking the blood of Jesus over your streets, schools, and leadership.

Choose the Low Place: Wherever you face friction or tension, lay down self-justification. Step into deliberate humility and watch God’s favor shift the atmosphere.

Heavenly Father, we thank You that You have not called us to live in fear, confusion, or spiritual blindness. We thank You that Christ in us is the hope of glory—the answer to every need, now and forever.

Lord, deliver us from spiritual periphery living. Open our spiritual ears and clear our vision so that we may relate to You face-to-face. Teach us how to hear Your still, small voice for ourselves and give us the courage to speak and birth what You reveal.

We stand today as kings and priests over our families, our churches, and our cities. We plead the blood of sprinkling over our communities. Where darkness, war, and corruption seek to rule, let Your church rise up to remit sin, release mercy, and turn cities back to You in a day.

We humble ourselves before You, Lord. Bend the winds of Your Spirit over our lives. Ignite the baptism of fire in our midst, awaken Your people, and prepare us to walk boldly into this coming great harvest.
