Jesus is pointing out that we (being evil compared to God) give good gifts to our loved ones; how much more does God, who IS good, give good things to us. Is what you are facing of God? Is it good? Then it’s not from God. If it’s GOOD, it’s GOD. If it ISN’T GOOD, it’s not God. This is the theology of Jesus, and it is His promise to you today.
