DAILY INTERCESSOR’S UPDATE

We turn today’s focus to the lives God has placed before us, remembering that “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all who are in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and reverence” (1 Timothy 2:1‑2).

“Prayer is not a spare‑time activity, it is a way of life.”

— John Wesley

“When we pray, we are opening the door to the Spirit’s power in the world.”

— Billy Graham

Our first prayer focus is for the family of Michael Thompson in Greenville, South Carolina, where the Greenville News reported on October 19, 2026, that Michael, a veteran firefighter, was seriously injured in a residential fire that claimed the home of his elderly parents.

Father, bring Michael’s body to full recovery, give his parents comfort in their loss, and grant the fire department wisdom as they investigate the cause.

In Jesus’ name I declare healing for Michael’s wounds, peace for his family, and that the fire’s origin be revealed and prevented in the future.

Our second prayer focus is for Pastor Linda Martinez of Grace Community Church in Boise, Idaho, where the Idaho Statesman reported on October 18, 2026, that her church’s youth program was disrupted after a local school district denied the use of a public auditorium for a charity concert.

Lord, open the hearts of the school board members to see the value of partnership with the church, and provide an alternate venue so the youth may still serve the community.

In the name of Jesus I command that the concert be held safely, that the youth’s spirits be uplifted, and that cooperation between the church and school district be restored.

Our third prayer focus is for Dr. Aisha Rahman, a pediatrician in Austin, Texas, where the Austin American‑Statesman reported on October 17, 2026, that she faced a hostile protest outside her clinic after refusing to provide a medication she believes is medically unnecessary for minors.

Father, shield Dr. Rahman with Your peace, grant her discernment as she cares for children, and soften the hearts of those protesting to understand her professional integrity.

In Jesus’ name I break any spirit of intimidation over Dr. Rahman’s practice, and I declare a spirit of respect and understanding to flow among the community.

Our fourth prayer focus is for the Hernandez family of San Antonio, Texas, where CBS San Antonio reported on October 16, 2026, that a flood caused by a burst pipe damaged their home, leaving them without electricity and clean water for three days.

Lord, provide immediate relief—restore power, supply clean water, and give the family the resources they need to rebuild and recover.

In the name of Christ I command that the waters recede, that the home be repaired swiftly, and that the Hernandez family experience Your sustaining love throughout this trial.

Our fifth prayer focus is for the orphanage of St. Michael’s in Birmingham, Alabama, where AL.com reported on October 15, 2026, that a recent funding shortfall forced the shelter to reduce meals for the children under its care.

Father, open doors of provision, stir the generosity of donors, and ensure every child receives the nourishment and care they deserve.

In Jesus’ name I decree that provision will flow abundantly, that the orphanage’s kitchen be stocked, and that the children will know the fullness of Your love through caring hands.

Our Commitment to You

The Prophetic Word Will Remain Freely Accessible

From the beginning, Father’s Heart Ministry has made a deliberate choice: no paywalls, no subscription barriers, and no advertising interruptions.

The ministry resources remain freely accessible to anyone who needs encouragement—regardless of their financial situation. That freedom exists because faithful partners choose to stand with us.

If these words have ministered to you, brought breakthrough, or simply reminded you that the Father sees you, would you consider becoming a monthly partner or sowing a one-time gift today? Your partnership:

Keeps the prophetic message broadcasting freely every single day

Helps us reach thousands globally who cannot give

Sustains the time, prayer, and preparation behind each revelation

Expands the reach of the gospel without compromise

We are not a large ministry with corporate backing. We come from the grassroots Charismatic movement, and every gift—large or small—makes a tangible difference. If you feel strengthened here, help us strengthen someone else. Your generosity keeps this door open.

Blessings on your life,

Prophet Russ Walden
