Father’s Heart Ministry Presents
Daily Intercessor’s Update: November 2nd, 2026

DAILY INTERCESSOR’S UPDATE
Today we stand for the household, the nation, the family, the church, and the nations.
1 Timothy 2:1-2 says, “I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people— for kings and all who are in authority— that we may lead quiet, peaceful lives in all godliness and reverence.” Let us lift our hearts together as the nation prepares for the midterm vote.
“Prayer is the key to the throne of grace.”
— Charles Spurgeon
01 · The Household
Tensions rise as winter heating costs climb.
Many families are hearing notices from local utilities that service may be interrupted if bills are not paid this month. The anxiety of keeping a warm home while balancing other expenses is heavy on many kitchen tables.
Pray
Father, grant wisdom and provision to every head of household so they may meet each bill and keep their families safe and warm.
We decree
In the name of Jesus, I declare that God’s abundant supply meets every need for heating and sustenance, and that peace settles over each home tonight.
02 · The Nation
Voters need calm hearts amid heated campaign rhetoric.
As the November 3 midterm approaches, reports from several precincts indicate heightened tension among voters, with rumors of misinformation spreading on social media. The atmosphere in some polling places is charged with fear rather than confidence.
Pray
Lord, soften the hearts of all who gather to vote, that they may discern truth, cast their ballots without fear, and experience the protection of Your angels.
We decree
In Jesus’ name, I decree that every polling station will be a place of order, safety, and honest expression, and that elected leaders will be guided by integrity.
03 · The Family
Parents wrestle with protecting children from harmful media.
Recent conversations among church members reveal that many parents are seeing an increase in age-inappropriate content reaching their children through streaming services and social platforms, causing confusion and spiritual distress.
Pray
Father, empower parents with discernment and courage to set healthy boundaries, and fill their homes with Your truth and love.
We decree
In the name of Jesus, I proclaim that each child will be shielded from corrupt influences and will grow in the light of the Gospel.
04 · The Church
A congregation in rural Kansas faces a legal challenge to its worship rights.
Local news reports that a small church in a Kansas county has been served with a cease-and-desist order alleging zoning violations, threatening to halt their Sunday gatherings. The pastor and elders are feeling the weight of potential closure.
Pray
Lord, stand with this congregation, granting them divine wisdom, legal favor, and renewed spiritual vigor to continue worshiping freely.
We decree
In Jesus’ name, I decree that the doors of this church remain open, that the Spirit moves powerfully within its walls, and that the truth of Christ prevails over any earthly restriction.
05 · The Nations
Aid convoys to El Fasher are delayed by road blockades.
Humanitarian groups report that essential food and medical supplies destined for the besieged city of El Fasher in Kordofan are being held up by armed militia controlling the main highway, leaving families without nourishment.
Pray
Father, break the chains that block these lifelines, and raise up brave workers who will deliver relief safely to those in need.
We decree
In the name of Jesus, I declare that the siege on El Fasher will be lifted, that food and medicine will reach the hungry, and that the church there will stand strengthened in Your grace.
