The Father Says Today – September 2nd, 2025

The Father says today, I am not a hard taskmaster. I am not hard to get along with. I am not touchy or easily offended. I am not nearly as demanding as I am held out to be by those who claim to speak in My name. I am not looking for opportunities to discipline or to chasten you. I am calling you to rest and renew yourself in intimacy with Me. The transformation and breakthrough you seek will come from a place of rest, not religious performance. It is time to cleanse your mind from the shrill, demanding, unjust, and unfair concepts of religious expression that see Me as the Despot of Heaven waiting for an opportunity to hurl lightning bolts down on hapless victims. That is not who I am. I do not bring suffering into your life because I hate you.

Prophet Russ – I declare I am now entering into a season of rest, catching my breath, and being established in a place of favor – Today!

I do not bring suffering into your life because I love you. I am not the author of suffering. I placed the whole of human suffering upon Jesus on the cross; I have none left or reserved for some esoteric reason to put on your life for any reason. That isn’t how you have been taught, but you be a Father pleaser and accept the clear testimony of My goodness and grace and mercy that is found in My word. You are entering into a season of rest. Look ahead, beloved, and you will see that I am finishing and completing work in many areas of your life. There will be a finishing anointing that establishes you and entrenches you in a place of favor, rest, and blessing. This season will be about catching your breath and preparing for a new launch during an intense time of harvest and fruitfulness.
