The Father says today, objects are closer than they appear. The past is moving away from you and the future – My planned future for your life is approaching at an accelerated rate. Time is not your enemy. Because I have time, you have time. I am never in a hurry because NOW bows itself at My altar and bends to My will. What are you worried about? I am striding through your past, untangling those things that your emotions are wrapped up in. This is how I work to restore your soul. As I cut the binding strands of nostalgia, bitterness, pain, and hurt, you are restored to yourself even better than you were before the disappointment. Trust Me in the work.

You’ve asked for understanding, but I say to you, there is a peace that passes understanding. My peace will take you where understanding will never go. Rest today in the unforced rhythms of My faithfulness. As I took you from your mother’s womb and washed you with salt and raised you as My own, even so, I am taking you on. I will never leave you, and I will never forsake you. Thus, My goodness is ever near, wrapping you up in the full measure of My favor. You aren’t being left behind. The better days are not behind you; they are in front of you. Unclench your hands. Relax your jaw. Lean your head back on My shoulder; we are almost there.
