The Father says today, “I desire your well-being – spirit, soul, and body. I have established principles for your good. In the Old Testament, I provided specific instructions to the Israelites concerning their diet and lifestyle. These were not arbitrary rules, but guidelines designed to promote their physical health and spiritual wholeness. Disobedience to these directives often led to sickness and disease, while obedience resulted in blessings and well-being. I have not changed. I am the same yesterday, today, and forever. My desire for your well-being remains constant.
Therefore, I urge you to align yourself with My Word and My will. Seek to understand My principles for healthy living and put them into practice in your daily life. Nourish your body with wholesome food, engage in activities that strengthen and invigorate you, and cultivate a mindset that is rooted in faith and trust in Me. As you obey My Word, exercise your authority in Christ, and command sickness and disease to leave your body and your household. For I have given you dominion over all the works of My hands, and I have placed all things under your feet. Walk in this authority and experience the fullness of My blessings in every area of your life.
