Promise 66: 3 John – 64

3 John

One of the greatest desires of any believer is to demonstrate the love and character of God to the world around them. In John’s third letter to the elect lady he makes a very simple statement in this regard:

[3Jo 1:11 KJV] 11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

Notice that. The person that does good is of God. If you desire to act out of the origination of God in your life, seek the good and implement the goodness of God to others that you wish to see in your life. Be a witness to this demonstration of godly spirit in your life and expect the blessing accompanying it.
