Healing Reality 87:
In the gospel of John, Jesus repudiates the idea that God might use sickness to teach us something:
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things.
This verse tells us that the Holy Spirit, through his comforting ministry, will teach us all things God wants us to know. God never uses sickness two teachers. The Holy Spirit is the teacher.
